A walk beneath the plateau, betwen rocks and woodland

Starting off from the car park, go down the steps near the spring and then go up, following the boundary of the cemetery. Carry on along the path that winds between truffle grounds (there are plots of private land on both sides, so be careful if you have dogs with you).
Continue along the path until you get to the county highway, where you turn right and then take the Impasse des Terres Blanches. Turn onto the path on the left after the groves of trees, go back up the path to the road and take the path opposite you. Here you can turn around to admire the first viewpoint looking towards the village and the valley. Follow the footpath to where several tracks meet and take the one on the right; carry on until you come out on a road, and go straight on until you arrive at the county highway – with a viewpoint on the left – where you turn left. Continue along the county highway for a few hundred yards, then bear left and take the path that goes through the woods. Turn right when you reach the fork, then left at the next intersection (there is a viewpoint slightly off to the right).
At the next intersection, go straight over, and straight over again where the path forks. Then turn right along the road, and then about 50 yards later, left onto the footpath, going around the chain and the two blocks of stone. You will arrive at the Clansayes quarries (ideal for a picnic).
Go back the way you came, turn right along the road and carry on for about 500 yards. Turn left at the intersection and continue along the county highway in the direction of Clansayes.
Mind that you go all the way along the road! Just after fire hydrant number 202, turn left onto the footpath. At the fork, take the path that angles off to the right and then immediately left, winding through the oaks. Here you can admire the traces of tramways, and cavities in the rock.
Turn right at the fork, then carry on to the road, go straight over and onto the rocky plateau, then continue until you meet the road again, and follow the road to the car park where you started from.
