Aix & Terra restaurant and delicatessen - Marques Avenue
Of all the products offered at the Restaurant/Delicatessen, we highly recommend the ravioles! They come in various varieties: Provençal, creamy, with truffles or as a 'gratin', all with the Aix & Terra added touch.
On the menu you'll also find dishes concocted by Michelin-starred chef Julien Allano! On the autumn/winter menu, there's guinea fowl with organic Aix & Terra summer truffle mustard and roasted butternut, and organic soft-boiled egg with boletus mushrooms and cream, organic Aix & Terra tarragon, spinach and mushrooms. Those looking for a sweet treat while out shopping can stop off and recharge their batteries with a delicious Valrhona hot chocolate or Aix & Terra tea, with homemade cakes and pastries: biscuit with organic basil olive oil and a creamy filling, Aix & Terra lemon cream, baked apple with caramel and Aix & Terra Camargue fleur de sel or the comforting mousse made with Valrhona chocolate and Aix & Terra iced chestnuts.
