Beauvallon

Called La Vache until 1890, the village of Beauvallon is located on the Valence plain and was built around a fortified castle belonging to the Counts of Valentinois. Badly affected by the Wars of Religion, the village was largely rebuilt.

Large visibilité depuis le cimetière (vallée du Rhône, habitat dispersé du plateau) ou le calvaire dominant le bourg.

Parc public aménagé dans l’ancien domaine agricole de la ferme du château : étang artificiel, retenues d’eau, arbres remarquables (allée de platanes, bosquet de peupliers, chêne imposant), sentier et jeux pour enfants.
