Discover the most secret steps of creating our whisky. Initiatory journey into the heart of a French tradition: distiling.
The founder and owner of Distillerie du Vercors, Eric, has created a new way of distilling whisky.
He invented and designed a one of kind wash-still that allows him to distill his whiskies at a low temperature (c. 50°C).
As in cooking, this unique distillation process preserves and enhances the very flavors of malted barley.
It gives to our SEQUOIA Whiskies their unique rich but delicate character
Every fabrication step is made on site : brewing, distilling, ageing and bottling.
The name of our Whiskies is in tribute to the 200 year-old giant sequoia tree growing in the courtyard of the Distillery.

Opening
From 01/01 to 31/12/2023, every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st, Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
