Located on a hillside, the Mas is in the middle of a 1 ha terraced plot planted with oaks and olive trees. The main restanque forms a long and beautiful terrace, shaded by two gigantic plane trees more than a hundred years old. Spring water from long underground galleries peacefully fills a dry stone basin. From the house and the terrace there is a breathtaking view of the wine-growing plain, the giant of Provence (Mont Ventoux), the Dentelles de Montmirail or even the Château de Suze-la-Rousse. A serene and typically Provencal atmosphere. On the restanque below, a large swimming pool (15m * 5m depth between 1.30m and 2m) is surrounded by magnificent olive trees. It is heated and secured by a roller shutter (salt filtration). In the extension of the swimming pool, the beauty and the scents of Provence are expressed in a field of lavender dotted with truffle oaks. The Mas itself with a living area of 300m² is located on the main restanue and rises on 3 levels. The back of the Mas is partially dug in the rock, thus offering a temperature that is always pleasant, even in summer. On the garden level a beautiful entrance distributes the kitchen installed in an old vaulted forge. Attached to the kitchen, a long dining room with a table for 15 guests. On the other side of the entrance, three adjoining lounges, including a billiard room. Toilet and laundry / cloakroom From the entrance, a large modern metal staircase leads to the upper floors. In total, there are 6 bedrooms, 1 shower room and 2 bathrooms. On the 1st floor: A hallway with table football; the master bedroom (2 adjoining 1m beds) with private bathroom (roman shower, bathtub and w.c.); 2 bedrooms (160cm and 2 * 90cm beds); 1 bedroom / library with 140cm sofa bed; 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with 140cm bed, 1 with 180cm beds and 2 * 90cm drawer bed) - a bathroom with wc. Each room has a fan. A room accessible from the outside serves as a games room, parties, table tennis and floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the view. It should be noted that the house is not connected to the internet.
