Since the creation of the firm, I used organic methods. I always wanted to produce fruits that only come from Ardèche. That is why there are no pistachios in my nougat. I settled on my family parcels in Pailharès, in 2019. My fruits are treated with plant purins and decoctions and I use goat manure.
Every day throughout the year between 2 pm and 6.30 pm.
Closed Thursday and Sunday.
