Le Fruitier gîte is on edge of Provence, in the Drôme valley, on the 'Domaine de Vincenti', an estate which has been in owners' family for 4 generations. Very comfortable and well equipped holiday home, light & airy, spacious, tasteful décor. Over 4 hectares of grounds (tennis court, swimming pool, children's play area). Owners' home on same property. They are always happy to meet visitors and offer any help required.

Charming and romantic ground floor apartment, suitable for people with reduced mobility, opening directly onto grounds and lovely interior courtyard of owners' family house. Lounge (30 sq.m.), open-plan dining room & kitchen (both 25 sq.m.). 2 large bedrooms, 2 small bedrooms. 2 bathrooms/WC, one of which is en-suite. Large hall (30 sq.m.), wash room/WC. Gîte can be organised to suit your requirements with king-size bed or two single beds in 2 large bedrooms. 2 small bedrooms have 2 separate 90x200cm beds. Beds made on arrival (good quality bed linen, duvets). Good range of baby equipment: high chairs, changing table, baby bath.
