We have built the house so that it integrates seamlessly in its environment. Traditional building materials, insulation, and dual flow ventilation through a Canadian well guarantee coolness without air-conditioning in the summer and keep up the living temperature in winter. Eyroles is the smallest and sunniest village in the Drôme. Facing South, it enjoys a micro climate thanks to the hill (“piè” in old provençal) which protects it from the North winds. In Eyroles, even in winter, when the whole Rhone valley shivers in the cold Mistral, you can enjoy the sun and the patio in short sleeves.
