Ground floor: kitchen, lounge, living room, bedroom (queen-size bed) with en-suite facilities (shower, washbasin, WC) and access to terrace. 1st floor: 2 air conditioned bedrooms (queen-size bed) (queen-size bed), shower room (dual washbasins, walk-in shower), separate WC. Summer kitchen, swimming pool (submerged alarm system) for exclusive use of gîte. Shady garden, parking on the property.
