Restaurant located under the arcades of Nyons where the chef makes you discovering a Franco-Asian cuisine based on seasonal local products in a menu of your choice for lunch and "a la carte" in the evening. Food Guide Selections and Michelin Guide 1 fork.
Our "savoir-faire" results from our professional experience as a duo. Bernard for the savoury part and Isabel for the sweet part. All our dishes are elaborated in our lab, with local (sometimes organic) products. Wines on our carte are also local. We can cook according to your allergies: gluten, salt-free, lactose...).
