This large capacity cottage is flexible with the possibility to accommodate up to 21 beds including a PMR room. The stone building has been completely renovated in a contemporary and sober style, with all the necessary comfort for your holidays in the middle of 13 hectares of unspoiled nature, without any visual or sound nuisance. The house is on 3 levels: On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen for 21 people (piano kitchen, 2 ovens, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster ...), a bistro style dining room with vaults, a living room with water fountain, video projector ... a laundry area and a separate toilet. The sleeping area is on the 1st and 2nd floor with each level 4 bedrooms. 7 rooms with 2 beds 90cm (possibility of pairing them to have a bed 180cm) 1 room with 1 bed 90cm. Each room has a bed "Ott" of excellent quality natural fiber and its private bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet. Large terrace, natural swimming pool, leisure area (library, ping-pong, table football, petanque ...) The house is surrounded by 13 hectares of forest and wild and unspoiled nature, an oak grove: a magical place with century-old oak trees. In addition on request an evolution room of 50m² (yoga mat, mirror, veleda wall, speakers) and a seminar room of 35m² (video projector, wifi, tables, chairs, water fountain) The place is located 30 minutes from Montélimar, 1 hour from Valence, 1h50 from Lyon, 2 hours from Marseille.
