The first Neapolitan pizzeria in Valence, Drôme, was born from the attachment of three partners to the Italian culinary heritage and the desire to share this passion with the people of Valence.
Louison and Paulin, two brothers with Italian roots, trained as pizzaiolo, where the artisanal dimension is fundamental.
And Lucie, a lover of sweets, to offer tiramisus and other sweet treats, and to provide room service.
The new Pisolino pizzeria is located in the Briffaut area of Valence, close to the main car dealerships. Whether eat-in or take-away, the concept is to escape to Italy for a meal and rediscover the authenticity of Neapolitan pizzas, with hand-made dough and carefully selected ingredients straight from Italy, all in a warm, modern atmosphere.
In short, "VIENI, MANGI, FAI UN PISOLINO" literally means "Come, eat and have a nap".
