The Charles Tyrand vineyard has been a family-run estate since 1791. Situated on terraced plots 250 m in altitude, the Estate produces 15 wines using a mixture of modern and traditional techniques.
The fi rst vines were acquired in 1791 and
Charles Tyrand produced his fi rst vintage
in 1989. Nowadays the vineyard covers
almost 30 hectares and is mostly situated
on terraced plots, 250 m in altitude. The
vines are cultivated with respect for the
environment and according to weather
conditions.
