"La péniche" unique place in Tain l'Hermitage hosts a young chef Edward Cristaudo. Former collaborator of Frédéric Anton and Michelin starred chef in 2017 at the restaurant W in Annonay.

Lieu de convivialité et de partage, cet établissement deviendra un lieu phare de la région. La Péniche aux couleurs bistronomiques, le midi, vous accueille du mardi au vendredi midi. Le soir "la Cale" table gastronomique du chef ouvre ses portes. Venez découvrir l'univers décalé de ce jeune chez et laissez-vous embarquer dans son univers au delà des codes, le long du Rhône. "La Cale" est ouverte tous les soirs du mardi au samedi. Un bar a tapas vous proposes ses services du mardi au samedi soir.
