On the night side, there are two bedrooms: A first air-conditioned bedroom with two 90cm beds. A second bedroom with a 140cm bed and air conditioning. The windows of the rooms are equipped with mosquito nets for more comfort. A shower room with toilet. A beautiful exterior of 8000m², a heated swimming pool of 6mx3.50m and 1m50 deep. The pool is secured by a roller shutter (a video demonstration will be provided). An outside dining area with 6 chairs. A beautiful stone staircase leads you to the petanque court shaded by trees with petanque balls at your disposal. A beautiful house to rest and discover our beautiful region! 2 minutes from the town centre and its shops. A deposit of 1500€ will be required as well as a certificate of holiday extension (home insurance).Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
