House Modern, ecological and comfortable gîte for up to 10 people, swimming pool, between mountains and river, Drôme

During your vacation, you'll enjoy a modern, eco-friendly, uncluttered and comfortable home in the hills above Die, with an inspiring, unobstructed view of the mountains.

Our house, an independent 150-minute dwelling just for you, can accommodate up to 10 people. On the first floor, it comprises a large, light-filled living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (sleeping 8), bathroom and separate toilet; and a generous, communicating studio on the first floor (living room, kitchen, sleeping area with 2 beds + 1 extra, shower room and toilet).

Our house, fitted out with top-quality fittings (including bedding), is very well maintained, with dedicated storage space, and we're never around.

Outside, enjoy several terraces (depending on sunshine), a garden (barbecue, hammock, pergola, deckchairs), children's facilities (sandpit, trampoline and tree house) and an above-ground wooden swimming pool (secure and private) to cool off in (the Drôme river and the Die swimming pool are a 5-minute drive away)!

The house is ideal for families (we have two young children): bedrooms close by, a "quiet" studio for teenagers or grandparents or as a playroom, leisure facilities (books, board games, trampoline, tree house, sandpit...), secure swimming pool, baby kit.

The gîte is located in a quiet area in the heart of nature, on a small hill, yet close to the center of Die (15mn on foot, 5mn by bike, 3mn by car), an ancient Roman city nestled at the foot of the Vercors (475m altitude), in the Drôme, between the mountains and Provence, 2h from Lyon by car and 3h30 from Paris by train.

It's a paradise for families, nature and animal lovers, sports enthusiasts, ecologists, the hyperactive... but also for the curious, the bon vivants, fans of letting go and the gentle way of life... thanks to a wealth of experiences, for young and old, and incredible landscapes. Swimming (pools, rivers, lakes, etc.), sports (cycling / mountain biking, hiking, canoeing, via ferrata, biathlon, paddle, canyoning, caving, climbing, horse-riding...), recreational activities (accrobranche, cani rando, scooter, watergame, rail tobogganing, wakeboarding, water skiing...), visits and workshops (distillery, brewery, wine estates / clairette, Resistance, caves, farms, picturesque villages, third places...).

And don't forget Die, a lively, authentic little town with its 3rd-century ramparts, charming alleyways, local creators and producers, restaurants, cafés, guinguettes, festivals, markets and swimming spots!

It can be hot in the Drôme, so the house has different orientations and terraces to enjoy the coolness, and a swimming pool to cool off in. Nearby: swimming pool, rivers, lakes, caves, forests, Vercors massif...
