The gîte is built on part of a farmhouse, adjoining the owners' home. The entrance is independent and not overlooked. First floor: kitchen, TV lounge, living room with dining area and sitting area (wood-burning stove), direct access to the terrace from these rooms. Shower room with Italian shower (grab bar and seat), separate toilet, veranda with dining area in winter. First floor: three bedrooms, each with a double bed (1x160) (1x160) (1x160) and one bedroom with two double beds (1x140 + 1x120), indep. wc, bathroom (bath, washbasin). Private terrace with breathtaking countryside views, garden furniture and relaxation area, private above-ground pool (3x5.5m, May to Sept, weather permitting). Unenclosed grounds, parking below (access via steps), car unloading possible in front of the gîte. Table tennis and gas barbecue available. You'll be in the Drôme des Collines region, just 20 minutes from Hauterives and Romans-sur-Isère. Outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty to do in this region, whether by bike, on foot or on horseback. Lake Champos is 4 km from the gîte. Within a 10-30 minute radius: Palais idéal du facteur Cheval, Abbaye de Saint-Antoine-l'Abbaye, the vineyards of the Rhône Valley, the geological curiosities of the Roches qui Dansent in Saint Barthélémy de Vals, the Maison de la Céramique in Saint-Uze, or Romans-sur-Isère, capital of the luxury shoe industry, with its international museum, factory outlets and clearance stores, and historic center.
