Educational visits to the Domaine Peylong

Set at the heart of the Gervanne valley in the commune of Suze in the Drôme, in the Clairette de Die appellation area, the Domaine Peylong extends to 3.7 hectares.

Set off for 2 hours walk through our vineyards and discover our estate and our wines.
On the programme of this educational visit are explanations about the appellation system and you can learn about the different types of vine leaves, the various pruning techniques, the general work of the vineyard and its growing traditions, and biodynamics.
Finally, allow yourself to be lulled by the song of the cicadas whilst relaxing on our terrace tasting the ‘crémant’ and ‘Côteaux de Die’ which are both made with 100 % Clairette grape stock. During this tasting session, we will tell you about the hilltop villages and the various vinification processes, and the different ways we put the bubbles into sparkling wine.
