Separate entrance, private outdoor area (NOT overlooked). Living room (double sofa bed) with kitchen area, separate WC, bedroom (queen-size bed, washbasin, shower). Bedroom separated from lounge by wall with large glass panel (very trendy) ensuring light and privacy. Shared swimming pool & summer kitchen with shady terrace and bread oven.
