In a quiet hamlet of 3 farms, facing south with view of the mountains. Shared swimming pool. Wild swim in river 800m away. Baker's and grocer's 2 kms away. Starting point of excursions. Many cultural and sport activities.
Gîte for 4 people located in a hamlet in the countryside. Adjoining two other dwellings. Separate entrance with stone staircase to living room, kitchen, WC and bathroom. Upstairs 2 bedrooms ( 1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90 ).
The garden and swimming pool are to be shared with us, but you have priority. You'll be right in the heart of the Drôme region, with access to a multitude of activities or simply to do nothing!
