The plot is the last at the end of the road, beyond which a ford takes you across to numerous hiking opportunities in the mountains. On your return, you'll find plenty of opportunities for idle contemplation on the grounds, in the shade of the tall trees, in the hammocks, by the stream, or swimming in the large pool.
The gîte, at the bottom of the building, is equipped and decorated with taste and simplicity. It offers a private terrace, and there's also a space reserved for you in the grounds.
Owners Valérie and Olivier look forward to welcoming you to their year-round home. The accommodation (on the first floor of the building) has been designed with sobriety in mind: photovoltaic and thermal solar panels, phyto-purification, demanding insulation using natural materials, swimming pool with responsible water consumption, rainwater recovery.
Just 25 minutes away by electric bike (15 minutes by car, 40 minutes by mechanical bike), Buis-les-Baronnies has all the shops you need, a cinema, tourist office and plenty of opportunities for activities or terraces for a drink or a meal with friends.
This advert is an invitation to come and meet this charming, secluded valley, this place, their owners (and their 2 cats!). Although you'll be staying on the same site as the owners, you'll enjoy total independence. And the intention behind their hospitality is that your stay should be the full expression of your vitality, idle or dynamic, as the case may be!

The gîte is in the form of a large studio, the bedroom part of which can be curtained off. Ideal for a couple of 2 people, it can also accommodate 2 more on the sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, crockery, washing machine and small electrical appliances. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Although on one level, the renovated accommodation could not be made easily accessible to people with reduced mobility. For example, the entrance door and shower rooms are not wide enough.
Children are very welcome. There's a large meadow for them to play in, and the pool is protected by a roller shutter for their safety.
Finally, we cannot accept animals, as we already have 2 cats on site.
