BOLL offers a local interpretation of an exotic recipe: the Pokebowl. All our bolls are made on the spot, in front of you, with fresh, healthy, seasonal produce.
Pokebowl is the ideal lunchtime meal: balanced but hearty, beautiful and tasty, and not likely to end up inedible if you forget it for 10 minutes on a corner of the table.
BOLL is a Valence-based venture, focused on its local area of activity, in its search for suppliers and partners.
