Brunchers for most of our lives, we've scoured entire menus and tasted numerous brunches in a variety of establishments. From Paris to Barcelona, via Lyon and Montpellier, and even abroad in London and New York, for us it's AN ESSENTIAL STEP!
Our vision of a Brunch restaurant is well-established: the kind of place where you go out with friends or family for a cappuccino or a mimosa. We chill, we laugh, we debrief on the previous evening, over big pancakes and other delicacies, and this, AT ANY TIME!
For us, it was an obvious choice to add this perspective to the Valence gastronomic landscape.

At Fludo, there aren't really any days for a plate of pancakes or eggs Benedict. We set the rules! And the best part is, there really aren't any!

Who says brunch is only for weekends? Why deny yourself a mimosa at 10am, or a latte at 1pm? Why settle for savoury when you can have sweet too?

Flo & Ludo offers a brunch, restaurant and bar from Wednesday to Sunday, 9am to 5:30pm.
