Come and discover our traditional production methods, all fully compliant with organic and biodynamic farming practices. Sample our oils, PDO Nyon olives in Guérande salt, cured olives, tapenade, our PDO wines and our vintage wine without added sulphites, Villages Suze la Rousse.

The winegrowing and olive production estate has been managed by the same family for 12 generations.
In this special, well-known place, in the hills of Nyons, surrounded by olive groves, orchards and vineyards, a range of products is produced organically: olive oil, PDO Nyons olives, tapenade, Côtes du Rhône Village, Côtes du Rhône red, rosé and white wines and special vintages such as 'Pierre & Violaine' aged in oak barrels, and our new 'Ancestrale' vintage wine (with no added sulphites) made from grapevines that have been farmed using horses.
The Domaine du Chêne Vert covers 38 ha of land, including 22.5 ha in the village of Mirabel (9 ha of olive trees), and in 2010 the estate was extended by 18 ha in the village of Tulette (old grapevines that are capable of producing some exceptional wines). At this estate, visitors will find a wide range of superb wines that are a perfect reflection of the Baronnies landscapes, the traditional crops, the richness of the terroir and the quality of its products.
