Mezzanine above bedroom (ladder) with two single beds or one double bed (2x90 or 1x180). Private terrace adjoining the terrace of another gîte. In the hamlet, 100m from the gîte, a shared, enclosed 1700 m² garden with garden furniture, sun loungers, sheltered summer kitchen (masonry barbecue, hob, dishwasher, sink) and dining area, shared swimming pool (bean 8x3 m, depth 1m45, open from May to October, fenced), swings, board games. Shared laundry room/WC in garden. Shaded parking. Smoking not permitted in the gîte. Gîte not accessible to people with reduced mobility. New gîte located in a quiet, typical Drôme Provençale hamlet, 1 km from the village. You'll enjoy being in the heart of a forest of holm oaks, so characteristic of the region. Within a 10 km radius, you'll find a host of must-see tourist attractions. Visit the Marquise de Sévigné's château in Grignan. Stroll to La Garde Adhémar or Valaurie, a charming medieval village perched on a rocky outcrop. Discover the Crocodile Farm in Pierrelatte, or the fortress of Suze-la-Rousse, home to the University of Wine, which offers oenological days and weekends. Visit the Eyguebelle syrup site and the region's wine estates. And let's not forget olives, lavender and truffles, emblems of the region! Numerous regional and seasonal produce markets.
