Upstairs: bedroom with double bed and single bed (1x180 + 1x90), reversible air-conditioning and 2nd bedroom with double bed and single bed (1x180 + 1x90), reversible air-conditioning, shower room/wc (Italian shower). Accessible from outside and adapted for people with reduced mobility: studio with double bed (1x140), sitting area, kitchenette and shower room (Italian shower, washbasin, toilet, grab rails). Unenclosed garden, river access below (low wall, children to be supervised), private swimming pool (5x11m, 1m5 deep, secured by tarpaulin and alarm), 2 covered terraces. This former earthenware factory has been carefully renovated and furnished by Christelle and Franck. In the heart of Drôme provençale, between Montélimar and Grignan, you'll be in the land of Dieulefit, land of potters and a village of arts and crafts (10min by car). At the gîte, you'll appreciate the calm of the surroundings, the wooded garden with its babbling brook, the sheltered terraces with garden furniture, the courtyard for playing pétanque and, of course, the private swimming pool (open from June to September, weather permitting). The region's must-see attractions are within easy reach of the accommodation. Le Poët-Laval, a listed medieval hilltop village, is 5km away, with the Valdaine plain to the west, the southern Diois to the east, and the Parc naturel des Baronnies Provençales to the south. Grignan, with the famous château of the Comtesse de Sévigné, is 30 minutes away, as is the Forêt de Saou, an ideal place for beautiful hikes.
