Modern ecological gite with all mod con, accommodating up to 10 people with a swimming pool in la Drôme between river and mountains.

2 stars self-catering accommodation for 10 people with 4 bedrooms (3 super king size beds or six single beds, 2 single bunks bed and two single beds).
Comfortable, ecological new-built with a large terrace, small garden and above ground pool to cool down. The river and Die municipal pool is 5 minutes’ drive. Indoor or outdoor and all year round, you will feel at home in La Maison Zéro! As the seasons unfold, sceneries and ambiances are magical, activities vary between mountains and Provence. In winter Die is still a lively town with a market, small shops and superb outdoor activities on the Vercors plateau (snowshoeing, skiing or sledging…)

WHAT ABOUT THE HOUSE?
La MAISON ZERO is a 150m² detached accommodation with:
On the first floor: a large south facing and bright living room with an open kitchen and a wood pellet stove as well as 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, all facing the big terrace and garden.

On the ground floor: a 55m² studio with a large living room, a fully-equipped open kitchen, a wood pellet stove and a sleeping corner (Sleeps 2+ 2 extra). With its independent terrace, this studio is ideal for a family with a baby, for teenagers or it can be used as an activity room for Yoga or games…
Outside: enjoy our small garden and your own above ground pool (not heated) from June to September.

The accommodation is perfect if you want to enjoy a green stay but not completely isolated.
There are wooden houses, friendly and quiet neighbours nearby, little traffic and you are 15mn’s walk from Die town centre (3mn’s drive)
The house is particularly suited to families with adjoining room for children and the studio best suited to your teenagers or your in-laws!
Health and safety measures are in place: we can put a gate in the stairs and a protection around the stove. The large terrace has a gate and the pool is equipped with a security devise. But please note that the ground around the house is not gated.
