The gipsy caravan sits on a vast plot of private land facing the Saoû forest, in a semi-enclosed space built of the dry-stone walls that make up the beauty of our region's gardens and terraces. This comfortable cottage can accommodate 2 to 5 people. Larch wood panelling, oak parquet flooring, honey-tone pine furniture and warmly-colored decor create a warm atmosphere and a pleasant space in which to relax. Measuring 7.60 m long by 3.10 m wide, the 22 m2 living space includes a shower room, separate bedroom and all modern conveniences. A small terrace (4.7 m2) lets you enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, facing the resplendent Saoû forest. Designed as a chalet (wood frame, rockwool insulation, OSB bracing, rainscreen, vapour barrier and larch cladding), with a genuine zinc roof, it is very well insulated (19 cm roof, 17 cm walls) and has electric heating, including a cast-iron storage heater in the living room. The roulotte can be used ALL year round, even if it's snowing, so don't forget it for your winter vacations!
