Not far from Royans and Vercors or the historic shoe town of Romans-sur-Isère, you can alternate between outdoor activities, shopping at Marques-Avenue, and tasting local specialties. In the village: bakeries, delicatessen/butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzeria, hairdressers, market gardeners, market on Wednesdays, 1 electric vehicle charging station. As well as the hamlet of Saint Ange (church listed as a Historic Monument, pétanque area, picnic tables). In the surrounding area: educational trail and adventure park in Bois des Ussiaux, Bellevue and Chalaire ponds and Lake Champos. Less than 30 minutes away: the ideal palace of postman Cheval, Saint-Antoine l'Abbaye, the collegiate church of St Donat sur l'Herbasse.

Come and enjoy the place far from the noise and hustle and bustle of the world. The cottage is accessible by a staircase then arranged on the same level. The entrance opens onto the air-conditioned living room including the lounge area opening onto the bay window (sofa and wall-mounted TV) and the living room-kitchen area. The corridor leads to the air-conditioned bedroom (queen size bed 160x200cm with desk), the bathroom (large shower), the separate toilet. Your private 10m² south-facing terrace is shaded by a stretched canvas and enjoys a magnificent view of the Romans plain and the Vercors massif. Private parking at the foot of the gîte. The property is surrounded by nature, we are 300m as the crow flies from the 1st neighborhood (access by 400m of stony road suitable for vehicles).
