Les Genêts de la Valdaine

Katia & Jeff welcome you to their home located near the small villages of Rochefort-en-Valdaine and Espeluche, 10 minutes from Montélimar. Bed and breakfast and/or self-catering cottage in this peaceful place in the heart of lush nature.

Perfectly located for discovering the various sites and hilltop villages of the Drôme Provençale (Montélimar, Grignan, Nyons , Dieulefit, Le Poët-Laval, Marsanne...). From Les Genêts, it's a 1-hour hike to the ruins of Rochefort-en-Valdaine castle, and there are many other walking and cycling trails nearby. For golf enthusiasts, the Valdaine golf course is just 5 minutes away.
The gîte comprises an open-plan living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge, microwave, Senseo, toaster, kettle), 3 bedrooms sleeping 7 + possibility of 2 with comfortable convertible sofa in the living room. 1 bathroom with bath and toilet, 1 shower room with toilet. Bed linen and towels provided. Wifi internet access.
Outside: terrace, garden furniture and shared swimming pool with counter-current (5mx10m), heated from April to September. Large wooded garden of over 6000m².

Weekly rental for the complete gîte (3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms) in July, August and other school vacations (€1,200).
Weekly rental for the complete gîte (3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms) in low season (900 €).

Bed and breakfast available from €70/4 people.
