The herbal syrups invite you to creativity ! You will liven your drinks and dishes up with authentic flavours of plants and sun !
Here are some culinary examples associating well-being and pleasure of the senses :
hot water with Thime or Pine syrup, green tea with pepper Mint syrup, flowery kir with Elder or Poppy syrup, "kir diois" with Lavender syrup, sparkling water with anise Hyssop syrup, marinade of fish filets or white meat with olive oil and lemon Thyme syrup, sheep's yogurt with rosemary syrup, fruits salad with Basil syrup, ice cream topped with Rosehips syrup, etc.
Possibility to come to pick aromatic and medicinal plants in the nature with me - depending on the time of the year and the weather.
Products are already on sale : at the "8 à Huit" and bakery in Châtillon-en-Diois, at the "Panier Drômois" in Pont de Quart, at "La Carline" and "Saveurs du Terroir" in Die, at the Press in Luc-en-Diois.
You can also discover the syrups in some bars and restaurants of the Diois like at "Le Dauphiné" in Châtillon and "Le Bocal" in Menglon.
