Covered terrace, enclosed courtyard and parking area on 2 hectare property. Loan of TV on request. No smoking gîte. Access to owner's covered swimming pool, May to September. Nearby: Hermitage, Cornas and St Joseph vineyards. Charge for (optional) cleaning: 35€.
