From its base at the Le Chalutier third-location facility in La Baume d'Hostun, the mobile wood-fired oven travels to farms, festivals and parties, offering pizza baked before your very eyes and served on the spot.

Paul's pizzas are made with local ingredients, thanks to the relationships he's built up with the producers around him. His aim is to introduce people to new tastes, while remaining simple and accessible to all.

Vegetables and flour come from the La Clé des Sables farm in Saint-Lattier and the Roussets farm in Saint-Jean-en-Royans.
