Claudie and Remy, both locals, built this Provençal 'bastide' comprising 2 gîtes and 5 guest rooms (B&B) 5 min. from centre of Buis-les-Baronnies, 30 min. from Vaison-la-Romaine, 20 min. from the Mont Ventoux. At heart of Les Baronnies Provençales Regional Nature park, in medium altitude mountain setting, Buis-les-Baronnies is ideal for outdoor sports activities. The Villa des Oliviers is just 5 min. from the Rocher Saint Julien (world famous climbing site) and 25 min. from Mévouillon (well known paragliding centre). Les Baronnies Provençales also have many trails for hiking, cycling horse riding and mountain biking, suitable for different levels of ability/experience. Lovely villages, such as Pierrelongue and Aulan (some of them on hilltops) and many places with a rich and/or mysterious past are all there to be explored.
