The house has recently been renovated with respect for the environment, while retaining its original charm. A flight of stairs leads up to the gîte. 1st floor: kitchen opening onto the living room, dining area and lounge (sofas, TV), bedroom (bed 160x190) with private bathroom (bath and shower), separate toilet. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (bed 1x140) (bed 1x140 on mezzanine) (beds 2x90), shower room (shower, washbasin, wc). Terrace accessible from the kitchen. Private swimming pool (8x4m). At your disposal: deckchairs, sun loungers, gas plancha, table tennis, pétanque/molki games... Vegetation brings color and freshness to the garden. Near the D638, the center of Dieulefit is a 5-minute walk away. Between July 7 and August 19, the house can be rented with the adjoining gîte (la Douce'Heure, gîte n°G114005), enabling you to welcome family and friends for up to 12 people, and enjoy the whole of the Grand Marronnier property. This gîte, with its extensive wooded grounds and private swimming pool, is just 500m from the heart of Dieulefit. A land of potters and craftsmen, come and meet the many craftsmen and their skills in their workshops, at a market or in the Maison de la Céramique. If you prefer to enjoy nature, there are many walks and hikes in the heart of the mountains. The Saoû forest is 25 minutes away, and one of the paths leading to the Trois Becs is 35 minutes away. Near Dieulefit, be sure to visit the Château de Grignan and the many small villages typical of the Drôme Provençale, such as Le Poët Laval, Saou, La Laupie, La Garde Adhémar... and many others! Montélimar, the capital of nougat, is less than 40 minutes away and a must for gourmets!
