L'Atelier

Imagined as an artist's studio, the 40-square-meter apartment, bathed in light thanks to its glass roof, has its own entrance and a private exterior in the shade of the fig tree. The entrance opens onto the kitchen/living area, decorated in an industrial style, and a separate toilet, followed by the sleeping area with a 140cm bed and walk-in shower. To share: parking, jeu de boules, swimming pool (10x5) secured by a tarpaulin, slackline, and board games on request. Come and relax in our 1.5-hectare garden, and enjoy our swimming pool in fine weather!

In the heart of the Biovallée region, 10 minutes from Crest, 30 minutes from Valence and Montélimar, L'Atelier is just 2 km from the village of Grâne, where you'll find all amenities and plenty of opportunities for walking. Nearby, you'll find the medieval town of Tours de Crest and the Crest Jazz Vocal, as well as many hilltop villages (Mirmande, Marsanne, Cliousclat, Allex (tropical aquarium, African museum and the Gare des Ramières, a wildlife observatory offering a wide range of activities) and Sâou, with its restaurants, stores and forest.
