10km from Nyons, small village with shops/services, in a very quiet area, on the edge of olive trees, gîte for 6 people, including a house of 80 m² and an independent studio of 35 m², swimming pool 4X8m. For reasons of hygiene, our friends the animals are not allowed.

Rented Gîte for 6 people comprising ground floor house 80 m2 for 4 people with living room, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (One bedroom with 1 bed 160 / 200 and another bedroom with 2 beds 90 / 200 can make a bed 180 / 200) bathroom and separate toilet, and independent studio of 35 m2 for 2 people with bed 160 / 200 kitchenette, sitting area and bathroom wc.
Wifi internet access, TV in house and TV in studio.
Secure 4 m / 8 m swimming pool with roller shutter and removable fence, including 4 / 1.20 m paddling pool.
Ping-pong table.
Bicycle garage, laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, enclosed parking for 2 vehicles and parking for 1 vehicle outside.
Barbecue available.
A large terrace awaits you for convivial moments, as well as an area
with garden tables, bench and hammock.
