The gîte is set in one hectare of parkland, with private swimming pool, garden and enclosed grounds. For those who like to explore, there's plenty to see and do in the way of architecture and monuments. From a tourist point of view, the area has everything to please, less than 30 minutes away: Hauterives and its ideal palace of the facteur Cheval, Saint-Donat-sur-l'Herbasse and its Collegiate Church, Romans-sur-Isère, its International Shoe Museum, its factory outlets and Roman architecture, not forgetting the geological curiosity of the Roches qui dansent and the lakes of Vernets and Champos, 5 and 20 minutes away. And don't forget to take advantage of the Provencal climate to swim in the secure swimming pool. All in the comfort of a gite that combines simplicity and modern comforts.

59/26 is arranged over 2 levels. First floor: kitchen-living room with access to covered terrace, bathroom/wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (160x200) (160x200), relaxation room with library-sofa-dressing room, shower room, separate wc. On-site: private gated parking, garden, enclosed grounds, swimming pool for your exclusive use, with opening hours: mornings 8am-12pm, afternoons from 2pm. (size 4.50x10m, max depth 2m, equipped with a dome, open from March to September, weather permitting). The gîte is adjoining our house, with no facing building (the two houses face completely opposite directions).
