Second covered south-facing terrace with breathtaking views of the Trois Becs and the Synclinal de Saoû. Entrance via living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and TV lounge (sofa bed), bedroom with double bed (1x140). Accessible from the bedroom: a shower room (Italian shower with wall) and separate toilet. Cot, high chair, bathtub. Parking on the property, ping-pong table. The property is classified as a "Refuge LPO" (Ligue Protection des Oiseaux). The grounds have been landscaped to promote biodiversity and bird protection and reproduction. The owners will be happy to tell you about the many birds they have seen on site, and to show you some wonderful snapshots of the local flora and fauna. The gîte is ideally situated for exploring the Drôme Valley, southern Vercors, Diois and Drôme Provençale. It overlooks the old fortified village of Mirabel, which dates back to the Middle Ages. The River Drôme is just 500m away. This valley abounds in bathing spots with unique panoramic views. Its characteristic bluish color makes it one of the area's must-see spots. Just 10 minutes away, you can visit Crest, with its famous Tour, and Saillans, with its picturesque narrow streets. Exceptional sites will delight nature lovers: les 3 Becs, la Forêt de Saoû, la réserve naturelle des Ramières, les gorges d'Omblèze, la Vallée de la Roanne, le cirque d'Archiane, le Vallon de Combeau...
