The Les Oliviers gîte is arranged over 2 levels. First floor: spacious living room (45m²) with fully-equipped fitted kitchen, dining room, sitting area with TV. Access to the terrace is via a bay window. The terrace, for your exclusive use and not overlooked, is equipped with an awning. First floor: attic bedroom with shower room (1x140x190), air-conditioned landing with sleeping area (2-person sofa bed), separate toilet, terrace. The property is set in 3,000m² grounds, with gates, car parking spaces, swimming pool with unobstructed view and no vis-à-vis, to be shared with 2 other gîtes, open from May to October depending on the weather, size 9x4m, max depth 1.30m, secured by shutter.
