The 5 armchairs in the living room, around the fireplace, are ideal for quiet moments and socializing, while the small library contains books and games for all ages. You can enjoy your meals in the cool of the house, or outside in the shade of the large cherry tree: deckchairs and loungers are at your disposal for siesta time!
Comfortable but simple, our gîte is ideal for a family of up to 3 children, but also for people without children looking for peace and authenticity. Numerous tourist possibilities.
1) Ground floor :
+ entrance-veranda with PVC armchair and garden chairs.
- small storeroom: washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, spare gas bottle, coat rack, small piece of furniture not provided, aluminium step ladder, ironing set, extension leads, 2 deckchairs, 1 deckchair.
- WC (vacuum cleaner, log saw, small gardening equipment).
+ living room (30 m2) with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove and oven, small fridge), kitchen units, table, 7 chairs with chair tops, ice buffet not available except drawers, antique buffet, wall-mounted TV, (Wifi connection on request), fireplace with insert, 5 armchairs, floor lamp. This room opens onto the terrace (with outdoor washbasin, 2 small side tables and two folding iron chairs),
2) First floor :
access from the living room via a wooden staircase: as a precaution, use this staircase with light shoes (or slippers) reserved for this use.
+ 1st bedroom: 3 beds 90 wide + bolsters with covers (mattress and bolster), bedspread and cushions, 3 chairs, 1 child's armchair, small wardrobe and trunk containing blankets and comforters, 1 cosi and 2
bedside tables, 1 bedside lamp, 2 bedside spotlights, 1 mosquito repellent socket.
+ 2nd bedroom: 140-wide bed (bolster and 50x70 cushions) with dust covers, chest of drawers, closet containing blankets and comforter, 1 chair, 1 bedside table (mosquito repellent), 2 spotlights

3) Cellar :
access from living room (or from outside through door under terrace)
on the landing (living room level): electrical panel, gas bottle, brooms, rag storage, clothespins, dishwasher detergent in the cellar: clothesline (in case of rain), cumulus (water heated at night).

The house features :
+ an L-shaped terrace, on the same level as the ground floor: double exposure, north and east (superb view over the Roubion valley and the Pre-Alps)
+ a grassy area shaded by a cherry tree under which you can eat (rustic wooden table with attached benches), 2 deckchairs, 3 loungers. For outside use only PVC chairs.
+ a barbecue under the terrace (with grill): plenty of dead wood around the house, do not draw on winter reserves. ATTENTION: barbecues are forbidden during heatwaves.
